This trial is testing an investigational vaccine (YMN-136) for people with advanced liver, bile duct, or pancreatic cancer that has not responded to standard treatments or is not tolerated. The vaccine aims to help your immune system fight the cancer. It may be an option if standard treatments have failed.

Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 75 years old.
  • You have advanced liver, bile duct, or pancreatic cancer that has progressed after standard treatment, or you can't tolerate standard treatment.
  • Your tumor tests positive for the IMP3 marker.
  • You have at least one measurable tumor (by standard imaging criteria).
  • You are in good general health (ECOG score 0 or 1) and have adequate organ function.
  • You must agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after the last dose.
