Who can take part
- You have colorectal cancer that has spread to your liver and past treatments have stopped working or you could not tolerate them
- You are between 18 and 70 years old and able to do light activities (good overall health status)
- You have at least one measurable tumor in your liver on imaging
- Your heart, liver, and kidney function are healthy enough as shown by recent blood tests
- You have not received any other experimental drugs in the past 4 weeks
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant within 12 months after treatment ends
