Study of imlunestrant plus abemaciclib before surgery for ER+/HER2- breast cancer

Breast Cancer

Part of Cancer, Skin clinical trials.

This trial tests a combination of two drugs (imlunestrant and abemaciclib) given before surgery for a type of breast cancer that is hormone-receptor positive and HER2 negative. The goal is to see if this treatment shrinks the tumor enough to improve surgery outcomes.

Adebrelimab plus chemo before surgery for high-risk breast cancer

This trial tests a combination of an immunotherapy drug (adebrelimab) plus chemotherapy before surgery for people with high-risk, hormone receptor-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer. The goal is to see if this approach can shrink tumors more effectively than chemotherapy alone.

Neoadjuvant treatment study for certain breast cancers

This Phase 2 study tests a “precision platform” approach—treatment before surgery—based on specific test results from your breast tumor. It may help determine whether the treatment plan works better for people with particular breast cancer subtypes and healthy organ function.

NCT07428018Not yet recruiting· Phase 2
Testing abemaciclib with chemo before breast cancer surgery

This trial tests if adding abemaciclib (a targeted pill) to standard chemotherapy before surgery can shrink HR+/HER2- breast cancer and allow less extensive surgery. It also aims to see if a genetic test (Oncotype DX) can help guide treatment decisions.

Radiation and abemaciclib plus letrozole before breast cancer surgery

This trial combines a short course of radiation before surgery with two oral medications (abemaciclib and letrozole) to treat early-stage, hormone-sensitive breast cancer. The goal is to see if this approach can shrink the tumor and improve outcomes.

Neoadjuvant abemaciclib and giredestrant for early breast cancer

This trial tests a combination of two oral medications (abemaciclib and giredestrant) given before surgery to women with a common type of early breast cancer (hormone receptor-positive, HER2-negative). The goal is to see if this treatment can shrink the tumor before surgery.

Blood and tumor markers to test response to abemaciclib

This trial studies how the immune system and other body signals in blood and tumor tissue relate to how well abemaciclib works before breast cancer surgery. The goal is to learn who benefits most from this medicine and why.
