- You are a woman aged 18 to 75.
- You have early-stage (not spread) hormone-receptor-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer, with a tumor larger than 1 cm.
- Your tumor has a Ki67 index of 10% or higher, meaning it's growing moderately or quickly.
- You have not had prior chemotherapy, hormone therapy, or breast surgery for this cancer (a diagnostic biopsy is okay).
- You are willing to have surgery after the neoadjuvant (pre-surgery) treatment.
- Your heart, liver, kidney, and blood cell counts are within acceptable ranges.
