Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with a single breast cancer that is either large (≥2 cm with lymph node spread) or very large (≥5 cm), and is high-grade or aggressive.
- Your cancer must be hormone receptor positive (ER ≥1%) and HER2 negative (not the HER2-positive type).
- You must have a measurable tumor that can be seen on scans, and you must have a tissue sample (biopsy) available for testing.
- You are in good physical condition (ECOG 0 or 1, meaning you can do all your normal activities or are up and about more than half the day).
- You are not pregnant, not breastfeeding, and agree to use reliable birth control during treatment and for at least 6 months after.
- You have not had prior immunotherapy for cancer, do not have active autoimmune disease, and do not have serious infections or other recent cancers.
