  • You are a female undergraduate student in a midwifery or medical program.
  • You are between 18 and 25 years old.
  • You have a regular school schedule with identifiable work and free days.
  • You are willing to practice a simple finger pressure technique on yourself every day for 12 weeks.
  • You are able to fill out sleep questionnaires and keep a sleep diary.
  • You do not have a diagnosed sleep disorder, take sleep-affecting medications, work night shifts, or have recently traveled across time zones.
