  • You are currently working as a staff member at a university
  • You are 18 years old or older
  • You can attend 10 treatment sessions and follow-up assessments
  • You have no medical conditions that would prevent safe use of brain stimulation (like seizures, metal implants, or pregnancy)
  • You have not changed psychiatric medications in the last 3 months
  • You have not been diagnosed with a psychiatric condition in the past year
