Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with stress by a doctor
  • You score above 4 on a stress questionnaire (ISSL)
  • You can read and understand the study information and questionnaires
  • You are not a smoker
  • You are not pregnant
  • You have not started or changed any psychiatric medication in the last 3 months
  • You do not take anxiety or depression medication
  • You have no history of substance abuse, dizziness, or seizures
  • You do not have depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, autism, or epilepsy
  • You have no metal implants, brain tumor, previous brain surgery, or ear implants/malformations
