  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have stage II or III non-small cell lung cancer and have not started treatment yet
  • Your treatment plan includes chemotherapy, chemo-immunotherapy, or chemo-radiation before surgery
  • You can understand and fill out questionnaires in English or Spanish
  • You are willing to travel to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute for study visits
