Who can take part
- You have advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that cannot be removed by surgery or treated with certain chemoradiation.
- You previously received a type of immunotherapy called a PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitor (like Keytruda or Tecentriq) and it worked for at least 6 months before stopping.
- You have not received any other cancer treatment beyond that first immunotherapy regimen.
- A biopsy taken after your cancer stopped responding to immunotherapy shows high levels of the YAP protein (confirmed by a central lab).
- You must be 18 or older and willing to provide tumor tissue samples.
- Your overall health is good (ECOG score 0 or 1) and you can do daily activities without help.
- You do not have serious bleeding problems, uncontrolled infections, or other active cancers.
