Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have an advanced solid tumor (cancer that has spread).
  • You are physically active and able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You have not received a drug targeting B7-H3 or a topoisomerase I inhibitor before.
  • Your heart, lungs, and other major organs are working well enough, and you have no uncontrolled bleeding or active autoimmune disease.
