Who can take part

  • You have advanced or metastatic squamous non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be cured with surgery or radiation.
  • You have tried platinum chemo combined with or followed by immunotherapy, and your cancer got worse.
  • You are at least 18 years old and willing to sign a consent form.
  • You have at least one measurable tumor on a scan, and you can provide a tumor tissue sample for testing.
  • You have not had certain prior treatments, like topoisomerase I meds, docetaxel, or recent radiation to a large area.
  • You are in good enough health, with no uncontrolled infections, heart issues, or other serious lung diseases.
