Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • Your breast cancer is HER2-positive and has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
  • Your cancer has stopped responding to or progressed during trastuzumab treatment.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • Your major organs (heart, liver, kidneys, blood) are working well enough.
  • You have not had a previous antibody-drug conjugate that contains a topoisomerase I inhibitor (like DS-8201a).
