Who can take part

  • You have stage II or III breast cancer (cancer has spread to nearby lymph nodes but not to other parts of the body).
  • Your cancer is HER2-positive (a protein that makes cancer grow faster).
  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • Your heart is working well enough (LVEF of 55% or more) and you have no serious heart problems.
  • Your blood counts and organ function are within normal limits (kidney, liver, and blood cell counts).
