Testing a new drug combo for early HER2+ breast cancer before surgery

This trial tests a combination of targeted therapies (trastuzumab and pertuzumab) with chemotherapy (docetaxel) and an experimental drug (QL1706) given before surgery to shrink early or locally advanced HER2-positive breast cancer.
