Who can take part
- Born between 24 weeks and 32 weeks plus 6 days of pregnancy
- Now between 1 week and 6 weeks old
- Weigh at least 2.2 pounds (1000 grams) at the start of the study
- Currently on CPAP breathing support with pressure between 5-8 cm H2O
- Needing no more than 60% extra oxygen (FiO2 ≤ 0.60)
- No major birth defects, chromosome problems, or a history of a collapsed lung
