Who can take part

  • You are 65 years old or older.
  • You feel a bit weak, tired, or have lost some strength or weight (pre-frail or frail).
  • You can walk on your own without needing a cane or walker.
  • You are willing to attend exercise sessions 3 times a week for 8 weeks.
  • You do not have a serious heart or lung problem, a recent stroke, or a severe bone/joint injury.
  • You do not have moderate to severe memory problems, and you are not allergic to protein supplements.
