Who can take part

  • You have a severe heel bone fracture that goes into the joint (Sanders type 3 or 4).
  • Your injury happened within the last 14 days.
  • You do not have an open wound near the fracture.
  • You do not have other major foot injuries at the same time.
  • You do not have blood flow problems in your foot.
  • You have not had previous disease or damage to the subtalar joint.
