Who can take part

  • You are between 10 and 15 years old.
  • You tend to be more of a night owl (evening person).
  • You have been diagnosed with scoliosis (curved spine) and had a full spine X-ray.
  • Your spine curve is less than 40 degrees and you are still growing.
  • You are willing to use a bright light device and come to follow-up visits.
  • You do not have any serious eye disease, sleep disorder, or other major health condition that might interfere with the therapy.
