  • Teenagers aged 13 to 18 years
  • Diagnosed with typical idiopathic scoliosis (curve not caused by another condition)
  • Spine curve between 10 and 25 degrees on an X-ray
  • Still growing (Risser sign 2–3)
  • Able to follow instructions and participate in treatment
  • No previous spine surgery and no other major spine or joint problems
