Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old
- You have advanced liver disease and your doctor has recommended a liver pressure measurement or a liver biopsy
- You are not pregnant
- You do not have severe health problems like advanced heart failure or kidney disease stage 4 or higher
- You are not on blood thinners that cannot be stopped before the procedure
- You do not have a blockage in the main veins of your liver or a history of liver transplant
