Who can take part
- You are between 45 and 75 years old
- You had a stroke less than 6 months ago
- Your stroke severity is moderate to high (NIHSS score over 6)
- You have little to no muscle tightness in your affected arm (Modified Ashworth score 2 or less)
- You have good thinking skills (MoCA score 24 or more)
- You can sit with or without support, and your affected shoulder, elbow, wrist and fingers are not stiff
