Who can take part

  • You are between 14 and 19 years old.
  • You play soccer regularly.
  • You have a mild (grade 1 or 2) lumbar stress reaction in the lower back (L4 or L5 vertebrae), confirmed by MRI.
  • You feel pain in the lower back during sports or daily activities.
  • You have not already tried treatment for this injury that didn't work.
