Psoriasis with depression: methotrexate plus an antidepressant
Treatments studied
Part of Mental health, Skin clinical trials.
This trial tests if adding an antidepressant (escitalopram) to standard methotrexate treatment works better than methotrexate alone for people who have both psoriasis and depression or anxiety. If you have moderate to severe psoriasis and also struggle with depression or anxiety, this study might offer a way to treat both conditions together.
