Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You experience significant anxiety or depression symptoms (based on a screening questionnaire).
  • You have a smartphone (Android or iPhone) and know how to use apps.
  • You can read and understand Turkish.
  • You are willing to join the study and sign a consent form.
  • You are not currently in another psychological therapy, and if you take medication for mood, it has been stable for the past 3 months.
