Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with Long COVID (symptoms lasting more than 12 weeks after COVID-19)
  • You are 18 years or older
  • You live in the Aragon region of Spain
  • You understand Spanish
  • You feel sad, worried, or anxious often (scored 7 or higher on a mood questionnaire)
  • You can use the internet at home
  • You are NOT currently in talk therapy for emotional issues AND you did NOT have these feelings before your COVID-19 infection
