Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 40 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder or depression (unipolar).
  • You are willing to participate in a short-term group therapy program.
  • You are not currently taking anxiety medication (like benzodiazepines).
  • If you take antidepressants, your dose has been stable for at least 6 months.
  • You are not currently in another psychological treatment.
