Who can take part
- You have chronic low back pain that comes from the spine (axial, related to the vertebrae).
- You are already scheduled for a BVN ablation treatment (a procedure that uses heat to relieve pain from the vertebrae).
- You are able to understand and agree to participate (informed consent).
- You can do weekly virtual or phone check-ins for 8 weeks, and in-person or remote visits at 3 and 6 months, and up to 2 years later.
