- You had a special heart test (EP study) between 2005 and 2023 at San Raffaele Hospital in Italy.
- The test found a fast heartbeat called AVRT or a clear sign of an extra electrical pathway (pre-excitation) on your ECG.
- You had a catheter ablation (a small procedure to fix the extra pathway) during that EP study.
- You are between 5 and 60 years old.
- You had at least one follow-up visit one year or more after your procedure.
