  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have been diagnosed with cystic fibrosis
  • You have been feeling down or worried recently (scores above 4 on a mood or anxiety questionnaire)
  • You have not had a suicide attempt or serious thoughts of suicide
  • You do not have a psychotic disorder (like schizophrenia) or other mental health issues that would make it hard to take part
