Who can take part

  • You are 70 years old or older.
  • You are considered pre-frail or frail (for example, you feel weak, tired, or have lost weight without trying).
  • You can do most daily tasks on your own or with a little help (like bathing, dressing, walking).
  • You can walk, even with a cane or walker.
  • You do not have serious heart problems (like a recent heart attack, unstable angina, or uncontrolled heart rhythm).
