This study tests whether monthly heart checks using a simple ECG (a quick test of your heart's electrical activity) can find a common heart-rhythm problem called atrial fibrillation earlier. You would visit your family health center once a month for 12 months to get the ECG done, no extra procedures or treatments are involved.

Who can take part
- You are 65 years or older.
- You are registered at a participating Family Health Center in Ordu, Turkey, and can come in for monthly visits for one year.
- You are willing to give written permission to take part (informed consent).
- You have never been told you have atrial fibrillation or a similar heart-rhythm problem (atrial flutter).
- You are not currently taking a strong blood thinner for any reason.
- You do not live in a nursing home, hospice, or palliative care facility.
