Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with a specific type of pancreatic cancer (ductal adenocarcinoma) that is locally advanced (has not spread to distant parts of the body).
  • Your cancer has a specific gene change called KRAS G12D.
  • You have not had any prior treatment for your cancer, such as chemotherapy or radiation.
  • You are in good general health (able to care for yourself) with normal blood counts and organ function.
