Who can take part

  • Age 18–75 years old
  • Pancreatic cancer (adenocarcinoma) that is locally advanced, recurrent, or has spread, confirmed by biopsy or pathology
  • Previously received at least one prior cancer treatment
  • At least one measurable tumor on imaging (RECIST v1.1 criteria)
  • Good overall health status (ECOG score 0 or 1, meaning you can care for yourself or do light activities)
  • Expected survival of at least 3 months and able to swallow pills and follow study visits
