Who can take part
- Age 18–75 years old
- Pancreatic cancer (adenocarcinoma) that is locally advanced, recurrent, or has spread, confirmed by biopsy or pathology
- Previously received at least one prior cancer treatment

- Good overall health status (ECOG score 0 or 1, meaning you can care for yourself or do light activities)
- Expected survival of at least 3 months and able to swallow pills and follow study visits
