Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old
  • Your pancreatic cancer is advanced (has spread or is locally advanced) and has the KRAS G12D mutation
  • You have not received chemotherapy or other systemic therapy for advanced pancreatic cancer
  • You are in good enough health to be active (ECOG score 0 or 1)
  • Your blood counts and organ function (kidney, liver, heart) are within acceptable ranges
