Who can take part

  • You had an upper denture that didn't fit well and got implants to support it 15 years ago at University Medical Center Groningen in the Netherlands.
  • At the time of treatment, you had no teeth in your upper jaw for at least a year.
  • You had enough bone in your upper jaw to place the implants.
  • You were 18 years or older when you got the implants.
  • You did not smoke, had no history of radiation to the head or neck, and had not had previous implants or pre-prosthetic surgery in your upper jaw.
