  • You are between 18 and 55 years old and in good general health.
  • Your baseline blood test shows normal levels of antibodies (IgG) and B cells.
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to have a child in the next 6 months.
  • You have no active or recent serious infections, and no chronic use of antivirals or antibiotics.
  • You have not had a live vaccine in the last 30 days (or a non-live vaccine within the last 14 days).
  • You agree to stay at the study clinic from the day before your dose until at least 24 hours after.
