Testing TORL-5-700 for advanced lymphoma

Histologically Confirmed Relapsed or Refractory B-cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma

Who can take part

  • You must have a confirmed B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma, such as diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, follicular lymphoma, mantle cell lymphoma, or others.
  • Your overall health should allow you to be up and about at least half the day (ECOG score 0-2).
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • You need to have a sample of your tumor tissue available for testing.
  • Your major organs must be working well enough.
  • You cannot have T-cell lymphoma, CLL/SLL, Burkitt lymphoma, high-grade B-cell lymphoma, or lymphoma that has spread to the brain or spinal cord.
