- You are between 20 and 80 years old and need gum grafting on both sides of your lower jaw.
- You are generally healthy and not taking medications that affect healing.
- You have good daily oral hygiene with low plaque levels.
- You have not used cigarettes, e-cigarettes, or nicotine products in the last 3 weeks.
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or have active gum disease or infections near the study teeth.
- You do not have insulin-dependent diabetes, autoimmune disease, or cancer (except minor skin cancer) in the last 5 years.
