Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old
  • You have primary myelofibrosis or myelofibrosis that started from polycythemia vera or essential thrombocythemia
  • Your myelofibrosis is intermediate-risk or high-risk according to the DIPSS-plus scoring system
  • You are scheduled to receive a stem cell transplant from a related or unrelated donor
  • You are in generally good health (able to care for yourself and up and about more than half of the day)
  • You are willing to switch from your current JAK inhibitor to Gecacitinib before the trial starts (if applicable)
