Ashwagandha for stress and sleep in sexual and gender minorities

Who can take part

  • You identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, or non-binary (sexual or gender minority).
  • You are between 18 and 45 years old.
  • You feel a moderate to high amount of stress in your daily life.
  • You do not currently have a psychiatric diagnosis (like depression, bipolar, or psychosis).
  • You have not taken anti-anxiety or sleep medications, cannabis, or melatonin in the last 3 months.
  • You are not allergic or intolerant to Ashwagandha, and do not have a chronic illness like liver disease, severe insomnia, or a neurological disorder.
