Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You must have advanced non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer with a specific EGFR mutation (Exon 19 deletion or Exon 21 L858R).
  • You must have already had one type of targeted therapy (an EGFR TKI) and one type of platinum-based chemotherapy.
  • You must be able to carry out daily activities with little help (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured and has not been treated with radiation.
