  • You are 18 or older.
  • Your heart failure is advanced (NYHA class III) even with the best medical treatment.
  • You were in the hospital for heart failure within the last year.
  • You are planning to have a procedure (repair or replacement) on your tricuspid valve.
  • You are not on dialysis and do not have active heart infections or other serious conditions listed.
