This trial tests whether combining Anlotinib (a targeted drug that blocks tumor blood vessel growth) with whole-brain radiation can better control brain metastases in small cell lung cancer patients. It is for people with up to 10 brain tumors who have not had brain radiation before.

Who can take part

  • You must have small cell lung cancer that has spread to the brain (up to 10 tumors).
  • Your doctor expects you to live at least 3 more months.
  • Your organs and bone marrow must be working well enough (checked by blood tests).
  • If you could become pregnant, you must use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after.
  • You cannot have had brain radiation before.
  • You cannot have used antiangiogenic drugs (like certain targeted therapies) in the past month.
