Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with small cell lung cancer (SCLC) that has spread to your brain.
  • You have not had any previous cancer treatment.
  • You have 10 or fewer brain tumors, each smaller than 3 cm (about 1.2 inches), and the total size of all tumors is less than 15 ml (about the size of a large egg).
  • You are healthy enough to be active and take care of yourself (ECOG score 0-2).
  • You are willing to use birth control during the study if you could become pregnant or get someone pregnant.
