Who can take part

  • You are between 50 and 80 years old.
  • You had a stroke (either from a clot or a bleed) at least a few weeks ago.
  • Your thinking and memory are mildly to moderately affected (based on a memory test score between 10 and 25).
  • For the at-home rehab group, you need to have a smartphone, tablet, or computer and be able to use it.
