Who can take part

  • Your cancer is advanced and cannot be removed with surgery.
  • You have a RAS mutation and your tumor is not MSI-high (a type of genetic instability).
  • You have already tried a first-line chemotherapy that included oxaliplatin, and it either didn't work or you couldn't continue it.
  • You are healthy enough to get standard chemotherapy (FOLFIRI with bevacizumab).
  • You have not had irinotecan (a drug in FOLFIRI) before.
  • You do not have active autoimmune disease or serious infections.
