- You are a woman between 45 and 65 years old.
- You have had a mastectomy on one side (unilateral) and now have upper cross syndrome (rounded shoulders, forward head posture).
- You do not have hearing problems, acute viral diseases, tuberculosis, mental disorders, or a pacemaker.
- You do not have diabetes, heart or kidney disease, or a genetic condition like Marfan syndrome.
- You have not had any other breast cancer surgeries.
