Chatbot advance care planning for family caregivers

Advance Care Planning

This trial tests whether a chatbot can help family members of older adults in care homes learn about advance care planning. If you care for a frail or prefrail older relative and haven't had much discussion about end-of-life wishes, this study may help you start those important conversations.
