Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have a type of gynecologic cancer (ovarian, fallopian tube, primary peritoneal, cervical, or endometrial) that has been confirmed by a biopsy or tissue sample.
  • You have had between 1 and 4 prior cancer treatments (depending on the exact group), and if you have ovarian cancer with a BRCA gene change, you must have tried a PARP inhibitor like olaparib.
  • You can still do most daily activities (ECOG 0 or 1) and your life expectancy is at least 12 weeks.
  • You have not been treated with irinotecan or topotecan before, and you are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • Your organ function (kidney, liver, bone marrow) and heart pump function meet lab values required by the study.
