Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have had an ankle sprain on the outside of your ankle, and symptoms (like pain, swelling, or feeling it might give way) have lasted more than 3 months.
  • These symptoms still affect your daily life or sports activities.
  • You can speak and understand English or Arabic.
  • You have not had ankle surgery in the past year, and you are not currently in physical therapy for the same problem.
  • You do not have advanced ankle arthritis, or other conditions like severe dizziness, nerve problems, or planned pregnancy.
